How many branches does Raw Virgin Hair have?
We are an online-based business, we supply worldwide and have an excellent customer service team who are hands-on and can be contacted via email, the quick chat button or our contact form.
Do you offer physical services for special events by appointment?
We are an online based business so cannot offer physical services; however, we can recommend a number of qualified hairdressers who are the best in the business.
How do I maintain my extensions / wig unit?
We recommend washing the hair in conditioner only and leaving it to air dry. Shampoo is not advised!
How long is shipping?
Shipping takes between 10 - 21 days depending on order size, hair products 3-5 days
